LEADERSHIP THAT WILL DELIVER RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Meet Jesse Peed

Jesse’s journey began at the age of sixteen when he took his first job as a busboy while attending Gwynn Park High School. After graduating in 1978, Jesse joined the United States Army, where he served with honor for three years on active duty and six years of inactive service. His time in the military instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, service, and commitment to his country.
Following his military service, Jesse spent two years working in the South Louisiana oilfields before returning to Maryland, driven by a love for his home and his high school sweetheart, Kathryn Jean Smith. The two have been married for 40 years, raising their children, and building a life rooted in family and community values. Jesse now owns and operates a small pool service company in Upper Marlboro, where he has gained firsthand insight into the challenges facing small business owners and residents in Prince George’s County.
